University Heights is in the process of constructing a commercial amenity area in our neighborhood to make living with us that much more convenient. This commercial project will include a gas station with a study area and free WiFi for tenants, a rooftop bar and deck, a restaurant pad, and a commercial strip center all just steps from your front door.
