  • When can I sign my lease for Fall 2023?
    University Heights has year-long pre-leasing which means you can conveniently sign and secure your spot anytime throughout the year! All leases are signed online through a link sent to your email. Come by our office or give us a call to lock in your rate and the unit you want before its too late!
  • What utilities are included?
    Your rent includes lawn maintenence, pest control, basic cable and internet, access to our ammenities, as well as friendly maintenence to make sure your unit is up to par with our standards.
  • How much is my security deposit?
    Our security deposits are the same amount as a month of rent, which changes per floorplan. It is due before signing once your application is approved. We are only able to take personal checks, money orders, or a credit cards in our office for the deposit.
  • When is rent due?
    Rent is due on the 3rd of every month. Late fees will begin on the 4th with a $35 fee and a $10 fee everyday after that.
  • What utilities are tenants responsible for?
    Tenants are responsible for paying electricity, water, and trash.
  • Does a parent/guardian need to be with me to sign a lease?
    No, your parent/guardian does not need to be present to sign a lease, instead they will be sent an email with a link to sign their portion online!
  • Is University Heights pet friendly?
    Absolutely! University Heights has no weight or breed limit and we have a one time pet deposit of $500 ($250 is non-refundable). There is also pet rent that is $15 added into your regular rent amount.
  • What appliances are included in each unit?
    Full-size washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a 55" Flat Screen TV mounted in the living room.
  • What if I dont have roommates?
    No problem! We offer roommate matching to help you find others looking for roommates that share similar life styles and preferances! (We do not guarantee compatable matches)
  • Do you offer 6-month leases?
    Traditionally, we exculsively offer 12-month leases, however there are some rare cirumstances where 6-month leases become available. Feel free to contact our leasing office to see what we might have available.
  • How do we get our mail?
    The United States Postal Service owns and maintains the mailboxes located here at University Heights. In order to get your mailbox key, take a copy of your lease to the College Station Post Office (located at 2130 Harvey Mitchell Parkway, 77840) and a set of keys will be issued to you. FedEx and UPS packages will be shipped straight to your front door.
